COVID-19 Update

Your health and safety is our top priority at Chang Thai Wellness. In order to ensure a safe and relaxing experience, we will follow or exceed all of the mandated and recommended procedures from the Alberta government and the City of Calgary. This could mean your experience is a little different than what you are used to, but we are confident you will still leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The most up-to-date information is in the following update and overrides any other conflicting information on this website.

*No family members waiting in the waiting area. Please respect our safety protocols*

Our online bookings are available 24/7 but we will not be accepting walk-in clients. This is so we can manually manage the government’s rule that we only work at 50% capacity.

To book massage or acupuncture treatment, please call (403 483 2715) to book over the phone.

Please note we will be scheduling extra time between clients, to allow time for cleaning and disinfecting affected areas. This will also give clients time to safely enter and leave the building and allow for social distancing.

Please complete your intake forms online prior to your treatment.

We accept debit and credit card or we will submit the invoice on your behalf to the insurance portal. The reimbursement will be sent to your account and you will need to pay the full amount upfront at our clinic. Please be advised that we can only submit on your behalf to insurance companies that we have the billing portal for. For others that we do not, we will provide you with a receipt for you to submit manually.

We will not be accepting cash for payments. We will email you a receipt after your treatment.

When you arrive, please wait outside or in your car until we text you to come in. This will help prevent too many people from gathering in the spa at the same time. We will text you to come in approximately 5 to 10 minutes prior to the start of your treatment.

We will still ask to see your ID card upon arrival. You will be provided a face mask for use during your treatment. Your therapist will be using a new face mask and a new apron that covers the torso for each and every client.

Your therapist will be wearing eye protection that will be disinfected between clients.

Consent forms will need to be signed for all treatments by the client and therapist prior to treatment.

A touchless thermometer is available for temperature checks.

We will be cleaning and disinfecting each workstation between clients, up to the health care provider standards
