OUR POLICY

To ensure that you obtain your desired appointments and availability, we recommend scheduling your appointment in advance, if possible. You may do so via email, phone, text, or through our online booking system.  Should you reach our voicemail, please leave us a detailed message including your name, the date you are looking for an appointment, and for how many people. We will return your call with our availability as soon as possible. 

 

Please notify us of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas or ingredients when you schedule your appointment. If you do not receive our confirmation email or text reminder, it means that you do not have an appointment with us yet. Please call our clinic at (587) 483-2715 to follow up.

To accommodate your desired appointment, a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Gift Certificates may also be used in lieu of a credit card to hold your appointment. We hold this information as part of our cancellation policy and will only charge your account when necessary on the date of your scheduled treatment. The details of our cancellation policy are stated below.

If you are unsure of what type of service or which practitioner you would like, please call us and we will recommend someone based on your individual health care needs. We strive to provide excellent customer service and treatments for our client’s well-being!

We strongly encourage you to complete our Intake Form online. If not, please allow 10-15 minutes prior to your first appointment to complete the form and relax before your treatment.!

Information on Direct Billing

If you wish, we may be able to charge your insurance company directly, for your convenience. Please always come prepared to pay for your treatment in case the insurance claim is denied, your coverage has reached its maximum benefit amount, you have a co-pay, or there is a problem with the billing portal. In these cases, we will provide a receipt for you to manually submit to your health insurance provider. We recommend speaking with your benefits leader at your place of employment to find out if you have to co-pay or pay a deductible so that you are not caught unprepared.


Please remember that direct billing is offered as a courtesy to our clients, and we reserve the right to decline direct billing at any time.

Group Source and Desjardins Insurance companies do not allow direct billing for massage therapy and acupuncture. We can submit the claim on your behalf to ensure you get reimbursed, but you will need to pay upfront.

Personal Identification and Benefit Card

We need to keep your full name, birth date, and contact information in our files. Please present your ID and benefits card if you wish us to direct bill. This helps us ensure we are billing the correct insurance policy.
